Some Ways To Be At Peace With Yourself
1. Spend some time alone and listen yourself. Learning to get comfortable with who we are is the first rule to be peace with yourself!
Close your all technological devices. Just hang out with yourself. Go for a walk. Listen to silence.
2. Look at yourself in front of the mirror and smile. You deserve that. Think that you are amazing, beatiful/handsome. Compliment yourself.
When you come up with your compliment, take a deep breath. Say it out loud, while you look at yourself in the mirror.
3. Read some different books.Classics or bestsellers… It doesn’t matter…
Books are the way of the see the world different angles..
4. Move your body! Get out of the house. Go to a gym, yoga or pilates class, or if you’re low on disposable cash, take your yoga mat to a local park and have a big, lovely stretch underneath the trees! Call a couple of friends and invite them to join you.
Even getting the teeniest little bit of exercise will make you feel so good…
5. Do you want to be happy ? Make others happy if you want to be happy. Shift your focus. What is more important? Being beautiful on the outside, or the kind of person you are becoming on the inside?
At that point, what really matters is the kind of person you are. Are you good or loving or kind? Do you try to help people whenever you can? Are you generous with your time? Do you strive to make other people happy? It’s never too late to begin doing all of these things, it will bring you true happiness.
6. Stand up for what you believe in and don’t apologise for your passions or interests!
Your beliefs will make you succeed..
7. Go to bed early! We know this is not easy but best thing for your body… Imagine amazing things.. You will feel SO GOOD in the morning!
